Clinical Provider (Telehealth Mental Health)

About the role

Intellect is looking for Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to join its telehealth platform, supporting clients' mental health and personal growth through scheduled 60-minute video sessions. This is a freelance remote role with flexible business hours, aimed at supplementing a current job or private practice. Local candidates are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients
• Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders and addiction
• Work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Required profile

• Masters degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
• At least 300 clinical hours after the master's degree
• Ability to communicate in English and your local language
• Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is a plus
• Openness to working onsite if necessary is a plus

Required skills

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
