About the role

Basta is opening a brand‑new restaurant in Västerås and is building its kitchen team from day one. We are looking for enthusiastic culinary professionals at all levels – from Commis Chef to Sous Chef – to help create a high‑energy, high‑performance kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes in line with Basta’s standards.
• Support smooth, high‑volume service during busy periods.
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen crew to keep pace and organisation.
• Follow food‑safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols at all times.
• Contribute to a positive, focused, and collaborative kitchen culture.
