About the role

We are seeking a senior construction manager to lead a public‑sector park and civil‑engineering project in Eastern Fredhällsparken, Stockholm. The assignment focuses on implementing sky‑fall mitigation measures while enhancing the park’s social value and biodiversity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction phase from procurement through design, execution and follow‑up.
• Coordinate terrain modelling to delay and direct storm‑water towards Lake Mälaren.
• Oversee the installation of retaining walls, drainage structures and planting of native fruit, berry and nut species.
• Collaborate closely with the client and project manager to ensure flexibility and high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a senior construction manager on park, civil‑engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to work in a consulting capacity with public clients.
• Strong flexibility, collaboration skills and capacity to adapt to changing project needs.
• Knowledge of storm‑water management, terrain works and ecological planting is advantageous.
