Byggledare EL

About the role

We are seeking a Byggledare EL (Electrical Construction Manager) for a consulting assignment with Trafikverket. The position supports railway maintenance projects, primarily on the Svealandsbanan and VSSB lines, and is based in Västerås or Örebro with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical electrical expertise to railway maintenance projects.
• Monitor, analyse and resolve faults and disturbances in the railway installation.
• Lead production‑technical meetings with contractors.
• Conduct systematic field inspections of electrical deliveries according to the control plan.
• Ensure contractor work complies with contracts, laws, regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• High flexibility and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and closely with project managers, contractors and other stakeholders.

Required skills

• Electrical systems knowledge applicable to railway infrastructure.
