Business Development Project Leader

About the role

As Business Development Project Leader for the Portfolio Unit in the Ocean Division, you will shape and execute the strategic growth agenda, working closely with business leaders to identify and accelerate high‑value opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and own business development plans, building a priority opportunity funnel across multiple businesses.
• Drive implementation of plans, ensuring accountability and adapting to market changes.
• Integrate market, customer, competitor and financial data into actionable intelligence for decision‑making.
• Conduct in‑depth market studies and track portfolio market‑share performance.
• Lead cross‑business initiatives such as digital platforms, energy‑efficiency solutions and strategic customer programs.

Required profile

• Experienced marketing or sales professional with a growth mindset and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven track record in creating and driving business plans, comfortable in complex multi‑business environments.
• Solid understanding of P&L drivers, market dynamics (especially marine) and competitive positioning.
• Collaborative stakeholder‑management abilities and proficiency in data management and visualization.
• Motivated by driving change and delivering measurable business results.
