Business Analyst - Sales Air Content

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Sales Air Content team, you will drive revenue and strategic growth across global B2B partnerships, optimizing flight content sourcing and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize content and distribution to offer the broadest range of flight options and collaborate with internal teams for partner delivery.
• Identify revenue opportunities aligned with team goals and partner strategies to drive commercial growth.
• Use commercial data (conversion, margins, partner performance) to build business strategies and solve strategic problems.
• Lead high‑impact commercial projects from diagnosis through implementation and rollout.
• Align cross‑functional teams and work closely with internal stakeholders and external B2B partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience driving data‑based business outcomes and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, high sense of urgency, strong commercial ambition and hands‑on problem‑solving.
• Analytical thinking with ability to present business solutions and challenge existing processes.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for effective cross‑functional teamwork.
• Strategic communication skills to articulate business strategy and negotiate with senior leaders and partners.

Required skills

• Degree in Business, Economics or related field.
• Background in management consulting, BizOps, strategy or yield management is a plus.
• Experience with travel tech (GDS/NDC) or AI tools is highly valued.
