Associate Client Executive (ACE) – Insurance

About the role

Marsh is seeking a client‑focused Associate Client Executive to join its Stockholm team. You will support brokers, clients and internal partners across the client lifecycle, primarily within the Renewable Energy segment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and prepare for client meetings, follow up on actions, and help deliver presentations and reports.
• Manage renewals and insurance placement processes, coordinating with placement brokers and market contacts.
• Maintain client records, policy documentation, and risk information in internal systems and portals.
• Ensure premium confirmations and invoices are processed according to procedures.
• Identify client needs, support cross‑sell opportunities, and assist with sales activities such as onboarding and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in insurance broking, client service, or account management (P&C experience a plus).
• Structured, proactive, service‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Law; IDD licence required or obtainable.
