Application Engineer – Technical Customer Lead

About the role

Applied Intuition is looking for an Application Engineer who will act as the technical customer lead for major enterprise accounts. The role combines software expertise with deep domain knowledge of autonomy to drive customer success and shape product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own account strategy and manage executive relationships for major customers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their autonomy development needs and propose effective use of Applied’s products.
• Prioritize and communicate customer requirements to the engineering team to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with sales teams in technical discussions, workshops, and requirement gathering.
• Identify new product development opportunities based on strategic insights into the customer landscape.

Required profile

• Engineer with strong interest in leading customer engagements and shaping account strategy.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers.
• Open to working on‑site in Stockholm while embracing occasional remote flexibility.
