About the role

We are looking for a Business Strategist to lead the business and procurement strategy for a major metro investment project. The role is a consulting assignment with a public transport authority, focusing on future traffic‑control systems and critical radio communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the business and procurement strategies for metro projects.
• Conduct early‑stage analysis, design contract structures and package solutions.
• Support commercial decisions throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to implementation and follow‑up.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations and public procurement processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the client to ensure alignment and flexibility.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience working with complex technical systems in a public‑sector or infrastructure context.
• Proven capability to handle public procurement and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
