Zone Business Leader – Imaging (Nordics)

About the role

As the Zone Business Leader Imaging Nordics you will join Philips, a global health‑technology leader, to drive growth of MR, DXR and CT solutions across the region. You will lead Sales Specialists and Clinical Application teams, shape commercial strategy and act as a key partner for product and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Nordics growth plan in partnership with the Regional Leadership team.
• Drive sales growth using offline and online channels and activate the commercial organization to sell and position imaging products.
• Lead and coach Sales Specialists and Clinical Application teams, ensuring performance and successful NPI delivery.
• Coordinate product lifecycle management, including install‑base and end‑of‑life support.
• Own the Key Opinion Leader program and support society engagement for imaging modalities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of industry experience, preferably in diagnostic imaging.
• University degree and proven senior leadership across multiple countries/markets.
• Deep knowledge of health‑systems in the Nordics and ability to build effective matrix relationships.
• Strong commercial focus with experience in marketing processes and technology.
• Certified LEAN Advanced and a results‑oriented mindset.

What we offer

• Base salary between SEK 871,500 and SEK 1,369,500 per year.
