Upphandlingskonsulter – IT/Teknik eller Entreprenad

About the role

We are looking for experienced procurement consultants specialized in IT/Technology or Construction to support a Swedish government agency in the transport sector. The assignment can be performed remotely from anywhere in Sweden, with occasional on‑site meetings at the agency’s offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support public procurement processes from start to finish, including drafting tender documents, evaluating offers, and awarding contracts.
• Manage calls against state and internal framework agreements, ensuring compliance with Swedish procurement legislation.
• Provide tactical advice and mentorship to the client’s internal buyers.
• Ensure quality assurance of all procurement steps and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s team, adapting to changing needs and priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a procurement consultant in either IT/Technology or Construction.
• Strong understanding of public procurement regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, deliver high‑quality results, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Flexibility to attend occasional on‑site meetings while primarily working remotely.
