Transformation Project Manager – Payroll & Employee Lifecycle

About the role

ABB Robotics is undergoing a major transformation of its people processes as it prepares for a new chapter as an independent global leader. The Transformation Project Manager will lead payroll and employee lifecycle projects across multiple countries, working with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end payroll and employee lifecycle transformation projects in several European countries.
• Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements and design future‑state payroll solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate implementation activities with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors, including testing, validation and go‑live readiness.
• Support change management, training and transition to operational support while ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Required profile

• Extensive project management experience in payroll, HR transformation or shared services environments.
• Proven track record delivering payroll implementation projects in complex, multinational organisations.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, with solid understanding of Nordic payroll regulations.
• Experience working with global, cross‑functional teams in a matrix organisation.
