Talent Acquisition Manager – Lead Swedish Recruitment

Lead the Swedish Talent Acquisition team at Alleima, shaping high‑quality, inclusive hiring experiences and strengthening employer branding across Sweden.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes from intake to offer and closure.
• Lead and develop the Swedish Talent Acquisition team, setting goals, balancing workload and monitoring performance.
• Coach recruiters on complex hiring, competency‑based assessment and inclusive selection.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, identify risks and resource needs, and ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, Swedish labour law and union requirements.

Required profile

• Several years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house within an industrial or technical organization.
• Proven people‑management experience leading a defined recruitment team.
• Strong ability to manage multiple parallel recruitment processes while maintaining quality and stakeholder trust.
• Experience with competency‑based recruitment, structured interviewing and coaching.
• Data‑driven mindset for tracking progress, workload and process efficiency.
