Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

SWEED Beauty is looking for a fast, hands-on and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to keep products moving from its producers to its warehouses in Sweden and the USA. Based at the Stockholm office and reporting to the Head of Business Operations, the role coordinates daily planning, orders, freight and inventory, working closely with the team and an AI assistant to keep information accurate and meet delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain production and delivery plans, follow up with producers and flag delays early.
• Prepare purchase orders for approval and follow up approved orders, quantities and delivery dates.
• Manage daily communication with warehouses in Sweden and the USA, coordinate incoming deliveries, check receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages and excess inventory and support product availability while keeping inventory investment under control.
• Compare freight quotes, coordinate approved shipments and shipping documents, and track deliveries through to warehouse receipt.
• Keep product and inventory data accurate and coordinate launch timelines with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Finance.

Required profile

• Practical experience in supply chain coordination, logistics or purchasing administration.
• Quick, organised and meticulous, comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers, and persistent in following things through.
• Clear communicator who raises issues early and enjoys using AI tools while checking their outputs.
