Site Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager for a construction and installation project in Kiruna, Sweden. This consulting assignment requires close collaboration with the client and a high degree of flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project‑specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate quality inspections, including third‑party and NDT inspections, and manage witness and hold points.
• Track deviations, Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and perform root‑cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
• Use Dalux for documentation management, quality tracking and handover documentation.
• Participate in weekly site meetings, report on quality progress and coach site teams and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Relevant education and professional experience in quality management for construction or installation projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate quality activities among supervisors, installation teams, subcontractors and the client.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) handling and deviation management.
• Root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action implementation.

• Digital quality documentation systems, preferably Dalux.
