Service Administrator – Engine Service Support

About the role

We are seeking a Service Administrator to join our Engine Service team within the Customer Service Support function in Maersta, Sweden. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, work orders and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers by phone and at the branch, building strong relationships.
• Analyse customer needs, gather information, open work orders, provide quotes and develop repair plans.
• Create complex work orders, including diagnostic and repair plans, based on parts and labour availability.
• Review plans with the Service Supervisor/Team Lead before communicating with customers.
• Schedule job assignments and monitor workshop KPIs such as labour productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve warranty and billing concerns, explaining charges in both English and Swedish.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent secondary education.
• Previous administration experience in engineering, construction or technical service environments.
• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook); accounting software knowledge is a plus.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
