Senior Product Owner & Business Analyst – Manufacturing ERP

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner & Business Analyst to lead the development of manufacturing and supply‑chain features in the Jeeves ERP platform. The role translates the product roadmap into clear, actionable requirements and ensures delivery aligns with the needs of Swedish manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Convert roadmap items into a product vision and prioritized backlog covering production planning, MRP/MPS, BOM/routings, procurement, supplier management and demand planning.
• Define and document business requirements, working closely with stakeholders and customers to validate process needs.
• Provide guidance and clarification to development teams, ensuring releases meet expectations.
• Review and prepare documentation for scope, requirements and release content.
• Identify and influence improvements to processes, tooling and product features.
• Support decision‑making throughout development and coach less experienced colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong background in product ownership or business analysis within ERP environments.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes such as production planning, MRP/MPS, shop‑floor execution, BOM and routing.
• Experience with supply‑chain management functions that support manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage complex assignments independently.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Relevant education in product management, business analysis, engineering, industrial management or related fields.
