Senior Product Owner & Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Product Owner & Business Analyst leads product development for the Jeeves ERP platform, driving the transition to a cloud‑based solution and integration with MyForterro.ai. You will translate the product roadmap into actionable requirements, ensure alignment with customer needs, and guide delivery teams to successful releases.

Key responsibilities

• Convert roadmap items into a clear product vision and prioritized backlog for platform areas such as clients, servers, and cloud services.
• Define and document business requirements, ensuring they are actionable for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather input and validate platform needs in ERP environments.
• Provide clarification and direction to delivery teams, aligning releases with expectations.
• Prepare and review documentation for requirements, scope, and release content.
• Identify and influence improvements to processes, tooling, and product features.
• Support decision‑making throughout development and coach less experienced colleagues.
• Ensure delivery quality for the product owner’s portion of the product.

Required profile

• Strong experience in product ownership or business analysis within the ERP domain.
• Deep knowledge of platform technologies, including clients, servers, operating systems, and cloud services.
• Complementary experience in UI/UX design and delivering highly usable products.
• Well‑developed understanding of agile delivery, requirement gathering, and business process analysis.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex assignments independently.
• Excellent communication skills with delivery teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Relevant education or experience in product management, business analysis, engineering, industrial management, technology, or related fields.
