Sales Executive – Enterprise Informatics

About the role

As an Enterprise Sales Executive for Integrated Diagnostics & Healthcare Informatics, you will lead outcome‑focused engagements that help Swedish healthcare providers transform diagnostic workflows and accelerate digital transformation across radiology, cardiology, pathology and enterprise imaging.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and commercial success for Philips’ Integrated Diagnostics portfolio across Sweden.
• Develop and manage executive‑level relationships with healthcare leaders, clinicians, IT and procurement stakeholders.
• Lead complex, value‑based sales engagements focused on clinical, operational and financial outcomes.
• Identify, develop and close opportunities in Enterprise Informatics, Imaging Informatics, AI, interoperability and workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Imaging, Ultrasound, Monitoring, Services and Clinical Consulting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, account management or business development experience in healthcare, medical technology or digital health.
• Strong network within the Swedish healthcare sector and proven success selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, holder of a valid Swedish B driving licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Enterprise Informatics and Imaging Informatics knowledge.
• Experience with AI‑enabled clinical workflows and interoperability solutions.
• Understanding of healthcare data management and digital transformation initiatives.
