Project Management Office & Product Management Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Thermotechnology in Tranås as an intern supporting the Project Management Office and Product Management teams. You will work on strategic and operational tasks that contribute to the development of advanced heat‑pump solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project and product managers with strategic workshops, portfolio reviews and product strategy activities.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer requirement analyses for future heat‑pump solutions.
• Prepare content and participate in meetings with senior management, presenting results and recommendations.
• Drive small improvement initiatives and cross‑functional tasks independently.
• Work with project, portfolio and product management tools to improve processes and product‑lifecycle practices.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master of Science program.
• Ability to manage priorities in a changing environment and work independently.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking, with creativity to think outside the box.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.
• Previous exposure to project management or agile development is beneficial.
