Process Validation Specialist

About the role

As a Process Validation Specialist you will ensure that new system updates, configuration changes and routing adjustments are thoroughly tested before they go live. Working close to the core of the supply chain, you will help guarantee stable deliveries and reliable processes across the ERP M3 and Advanced Planning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create, execute, maintain and plan structured test cases for supply‑chain related changes.
• Validate ERP M3 configurations, focusing on routing and planning flows.
• Perform testing in the Advanced Planning System to confirm correct planning logic and outputs.
• Identify, document and track inconsistencies or deviations from expected behavior.
• Communicate test results, risks and readiness to IT, process teams and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Administration, Supply Chain Management, Process Improvement or a related field.
• Solid understanding of supply‑chain processes and a structured, analytical work style.
• Experience collaborating with IT, logistics or commercial teams.
• Fluency in English; Swedish knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP M3.
• Experience with an Advanced Planning System (Logility knowledge is a strong advantage).
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and analysis.
