Part‑time Student Worker – Software Development

About the role

Join Bosch R&D Center Lund as a Student Worker and apply your programming knowledge to real‑world projects in automotive, e‑bike and IoT domains. This part‑time role offers hands‑on experience in software development, data processing and AI tooling within a collaborative R&D environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with coding and development in sandbox areas, creating scripts and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Support data processing and analysis, including ETL scripting.
• Configure and test AI tooling for automated documentation.
• Participate in testing prototype solutions.
• Collaborate closely with experienced developers and learn from their expertise.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (second half) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• Solid understanding of programming and DevOps concepts.
• Logical and analytical problem‑solving approach.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Version control with Git.
• GitHub Actions.
• Basic knowledge of Azure (beneficial).
