OTC Contributions Relationship Manager

About the role

LSEG is looking for a Relationship Manager for its OTC Contributions team, based in Stockholm, Sweden or Copenhagen, Denmark. You will join a team of 18 relationship managers and be responsible for on-boarding and maintaining real-time contributed market data from contributors in a defined territory, and ensuring the products have the FI, FX and Money Market content needed for local market requirements. The role builds sustainable relationships with banks and brokers and expands OTC data coverage while retaining existing contributed data.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with existing Partners/Contributors and collaborate to obtain timely, high-quality publications
• Resolve contribution-related problems and process relevant cases
• Manage the on-boarding administration of new contributions
• Support colleagues in assessing content requirements, preparing and analysing coverage reports and advising on technology solutions
• Work with external clients (Market Data teams, traders, IT departments) on testing, deployment and production incident follow-up
• Provide expertise in OTC market content and systems, coordinate contribution projects and reporting at local and global levels

Required profile

• College or university degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in financial markets
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently

Required skills

• Demonstrable aptitude for technology: networks, databases, trading applications
• Advanced Excel skills
• Programming skills are a plus
