Lead Application Support Engineer – .NET

About the role

As a Lead Application Support Engineer you will proactively identify issues in production environments using observability tools, aiming to reduce mean time to detection and resolution. You will work closely with business, product and engineering teams across geographies in a 24x7 support setting.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with technical and business stakeholders, including managers, application owners, support analysts, infrastructure teams and developers.
• Manage and maintain the production environment, including change management and application deployments.
• Restore normal service operation quickly, minimizing business impact and ensuring high service quality.
• Lead incident triage, coordinate major incident response, and ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
• Prepare and present internal reports on major incidents to executive management.
• Report on SLA and KPI performance and coordinate onsite‑offshore activities.
• Provide shift and on‑call support as required.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑identification mindset with focus on reducing MTTD and MTTR.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience working in a 24x7 support environment with shift/on‑call responsibilities.
