Insurance Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Manager to lead and grow our insurance business in Sweden. Based in Stockholm, you will work closely with Nordic teams, local commercial units and external partners to increase sales, optimise customer journeys and drive results across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and maximise insurance sales performance across dealership, telemarketing and digital channels, meeting targets and conversion goals.
• Support the Nordic Insurance strategy in Sweden by identifying growth opportunities, improving partner engagement and developing commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, external partners and internal stakeholders to boost activity and sales.
• Optimise customer journeys, sales processes and funnel management while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor, analyse and report sales and portfolio performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver training, sales support and product knowledge to partners and sales teams, contributing to marketing campaigns and incentive programmes.

• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
