Human Resources Internship

About the role

Bosch Thermoteknik AB in Tranås develops, manufactures and sells heat pumps for the European market, with a production unit and a competence and development centre. As an HR intern you will support the HR Business Partners with general administrative HR tasks, on site in the plant in Tranås.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with general administrative HR tasks
• Take part in recruitment, including preparing agreements and onboarding new associates
• Organise and track associate trainings
• Oversee intern recruitment, from publishing job advertisements to conducting interviews
• Carry out your own project, process or reporting task

Required profile

• Currently studying Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology or a similar field, ideally with a focus on HR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to take responsibility for your own work and show initiative
• Results-oriented and proactive attitude

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
