Global Logistics Performance, Cost and Sustainability Lead

About the role

This position shapes the global logistics agenda, turning complex logistics challenges into clear priorities and measurable results. You will influence cost, service and sustainability objectives across the network, using data‑driven decision‑making to support long‑term business success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the logistics performance system, including cost, service and CO₂ metrics, dashboards and reporting.
• Drive logistics priorities and manage a portfolio of initiatives with clear sequencing and business impact.
• Build and present business cases, scenarios and recommendations for cost and sustainability improvements.
• Lead governance activities such as performance reviews, quarterly business reviews and executive‑level discussions.
• Steer priorities and frame trade‑offs across Transport, Finance, Planning, Procurement and Digital functions, building alignment through evidence.
• Monitor logistics performance trends, translate insights into actionable recommendations and long‑term roadmaps.
• Own the logistics CO₂ agenda, establishing baselines, targets and tracking progress in executive forums.

Required profile

• Strong background in logistics and supply‑chain performance.
• Experience working across complex distribution or logistics networks.
• Proven ability to shape priorities and drive improvements at a global or network level.
