Global Employer Brand Lead

About the role

As Global Employer Brand Lead, you will develop and activate Alfa Laval’s employer brand both internally and externally across its worldwide markets, supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global employer branding strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Create digital campaign plans and content in partnership with agencies and global colleagues.
• Collaborate with Group Communication on brand compliance, social media governance, and internal communications.
• Guide, train, and provide tools for Talent Acquisition and other teams to launch local branding initiatives.
• Develop and promote the employee advocacy program “Blue Ripples” with an external vendor.
• Manage a complex internal stakeholder landscape while maintaining momentum.
• Use market insights and performance metrics to measure business impact.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
• 8+ years of experience leading employer branding or talent marketing in global organisations.
• Proven track record of successful employer brand initiatives.
• Comfortable with both strategic leadership and hands‑on teamwork.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels and cultures.
• Strong project and agency management capabilities.
• Analytical, creative, and curious mindset.
• Experience navigating a global matrix organisation.
• Passion for storytelling, technology, and company growth.
