Global Demand and Supply Planning Manager

About the role

Lead the global mid‑term planning process and create a single, data‑driven demand and supply plan that spans regions and product groups. You will work at the heart of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) function, connecting demand, supply and inventory strategies to support reliable service and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global planning governance, cadence and decision‑making framework.
• Drive a unified, data‑based demand and supply plan used across the organization.
• Lead, coach and develop a worldwide team of planners and analysts.
• Balance service, inventory and cost considerations with fact‑based decision support.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
• Play a central role in the Advanced Planning System transformation, covering requirements, process design, master‑data discipline and user adoption.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in demand planning, supply planning or S&OP within a global manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams with direct reports.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and technology.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Product Management, Procurement, Operations).

Required skills

• Advanced Planning System (implementation or transformation experience).
• Data analysis and forecasting tools.
• Inventory performance management.
