Financial Accountant (Part‑time, 60%)

About the role

SomnoMed Nordic is seeking a part‑time Financial Accountant (60%) for a 10‑month fixed‑term assignment in Stockholm. You will support the finance team during a temporary leave, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank payments and reconciliations.
• Validate and code invoices in the general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses for decision‑making.
• Manage expense processing, control and payment.
• Ensure proper accruals, depreciation, stock and asset accounting.
• Monitor cash flow and collaborate on cash‑flow forecasting with the Finance and Location Manager.
• Support treasury activities and cash‑flow management.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with operational teams.
• Familiarity with general ledger processes and financial reporting.
