Divisional Director, Power Systems

About the role

Lead and shape Norconsult's Power Systems division, a key part of its Renewable Energy business, across Sweden, Norway, Poland and Iceland. Report to the Executive Vice President of Renewable Energy and manage seven direct-report managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the division’s strategy, market positioning and growth agenda.
• Identify new business opportunities, drive organic growth and acquisition initiatives.
• Lead, develop and support managers across multiple countries, building a unified culture.
• Ensure effective execution, prioritisation and operational follow‑up throughout the organisation.
• Drive financial performance, profitability and resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large, knowledge‑intensive teams in the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of the energy market, electrification trends and grid expansion.
• Proven track record in complex sales, market development and long‑term customer relationships.
• Ability to lead organisational change, build strong teams and create results through other leaders.
