Dispute Analyst – Nordic Operations (Norwegian speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Dispute Analyst to join our Nordic Operations team, supporting leading Nordic financial institutions with payment‑card disputes, chargebacks and claims handling. The role offers development in a professional, international environment that values quality, collaboration and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and process customer claims and disputes.
• Review transactions, supporting documentation and case‑related information.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, card‑scheme requirements, client procedures and internal guidelines.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Deliver high‑quality work while meeting service level agreements and operational targets.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational development initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple Nordic markets.
• Share knowledge and foster a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Structured, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys analytical work and problem solving.
• Ability to balance quality and efficiency while handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Open to candidates early in their career or with experience in banking, payments, financial services, customer operations or dispute management.
• Experience in banking, financial services, customer service, payment cards, fraud prevention, claims handling or administrative/analytical roles is a plus.
