Consultant / Senior Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

Applied Value is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Stockholm office. You will work directly with managers and partners on case analysis, strategy development, presentations and implementation for entrepreneurial and innovative clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather company and industry data, conduct interviews and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage day‑to‑day scheduling, progress updates and client communications to ensure successful engagements.
• Direct research and analysis, structure project approach and objectives, and contribute to final presentations and follow‑up work.
• Participate in the sales process, including identifying potential clients, producing sales materials and attending sales meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in management consulting or related fields.
• Decisive, results‑oriented and highly motivated, able to thrive in an unstructured environment.
• Strong leadership, business acumen and financial analysis skills; willingness to travel.
• Previous experience in start‑ups, general management, engineering, sales or marketing is a plus.
