Cluster GX Manager – Gym, Gothenburg

About the role

SATS is looking for a Cluster GX Manager for its gym in Gothenburg. The role combines a passion for fitness with the drive to inspire and coach others, shaping the future training experience so members not only sweat but also laugh, grow and feel better. The position is part-time, at 80–90 % workload, starting in January or February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Visit the gyms regularly and meet both instructors and members
• Coach and support group training instructors across several gyms
• Plan and develop a varied and inspiring range of group training
• Ensure high quality and excellent service in group training
• Recruit and introduce new stars to the team
• Work closely with site managers and other key roles
• Keep schedules, information and payroll data up to date

Required profile

• A passion for group training and several years of experience as an instructor
• Structured, goal-oriented and solution-focused
• Warm and secure leadership style that inspires others to grow
• Team player who enjoys working towards goals and growth
• Driven and able to coach and communicate well
• Knowledge of scheduling and staffing

Required skills

• Experience with Exerp and Quinyx is an advantage
