Brand & Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned designer with startup experience to own how Redpine looks, feels, and functions across its website, product interfaces, user‑facing apps, social channels, and customer communications. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to define world‑class design for an AI‑focused licensed knowledge layer.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Redpine brand end‑to‑end across web, product UI, social, customer communication, and partner‑facing surfaces.
• Design in code using AI coding tools from idea to prototype and production.
• Ensure a coherent experience across all touch points.
• Create designs from early concept to shipped product across marketing, web, and in‑app experiences.
• Define and evolve the visual system and brand guidelines as the product and team grow.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to implement designs.
• Set the design process and craft standards as the team expands.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional design experience across web, product UI, and brand or visual identity, preferably in fast‑moving tech companies.
• Portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, strong visual craft, and product judgment.
• Fluency in Figma (or equivalent) and ability to prototype in code, comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex.
• AI‑native workflow that leverages AI as a design tool.
• Judgment to balance pixel‑perfect detail with timely shipping.
• Experience building or evolving a design system and brand visual language.
• Clear communication and a growth mindset.
