AI Enablement Specialist

About the role

Etraveli Group is looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to lead the rollout, standards, training and support for its internal AI toolkit. The role will be based in Stockholm (or Uppsala) and works in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Own business‑side rollout, functional onboarding and train‑the‑trainer initiatives for AI tools.
• Partner with IT on licensing, backend configuration and connector management to drive adoption.
• Establish practical AI standards, project structures and output verification protocols.
• Design and deliver training programs together with HR, lead a champions network and run senior sponsor education.
• Manage the AI governance forum, screen new AI tool proposals and communicate responsible‑use standards.
• Track adoption KPIs, model spend and identify cultural or technical blockers.

Required profile

• Proven track record of rolling out internal tools/platforms with onboarding waves and support.
• Daily power‑user of large language models, experienced in building prompts, skills or workflows.
• Experience designing non‑technical training and clear documentation.
• Ability to define adoption metrics and present business cases to senior leadership, legal and tech partners.

Required skills

• Python (or similar) at a prototyping level.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot.
• Solid technical understanding of LLMs, agents, tool use and retrieval mechanisms.
