Account Director – Nordics

About the role

Tricentis is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead growth across the Nordic region from its Stockholm office. You will own strategic enterprise accounts, guide complex sales cycles and build trusted relationships with senior executives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities, shape account strategy and close multi‑stakeholder, high‑value deals.
• Translate Tricentis’ technical capabilities into clear business value for enterprise customers.
• Engage C‑level and senior IT decision‑makers to align solutions with transformation goals.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Customer Growth, Marketing and other teams to deliver coordinated account plans.

Required profile

• Proven success selling complex enterprise B2B SaaS solutions to senior IT stakeholders.
• Consistent record of achieving revenue targets and closing transactions above $500K ACV.
• Strong executive influence, value‑selling and forecasting skills.
• Resilient, coachable and results‑driven with a collaborative mindset.
