Systems Lead – GPHE Product Management

About the role

Alfa Laval seeks a Systems Lead to drive system coordination for new and existing product development within the Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE) business unit, while also managing sustainability data and LCA modeling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate system‑related activities in NPD/EPD projects, ensuring seamless integration across cross‑functional teams.
• Implement new products in product configurators and guarantee accurate data for sales tools.
• Validate product readiness, manage release timelines, and resolve product‑pricing issues.
• Own the carbon‑footprint calculation tool, build and maintain LCA models in SimaPro, and collect, validate, and analyse sustainability data.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities for sustainability software.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or comparable qualification.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience, including project management.
• Curiosity, adaptability and strong collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with a customer‑centric approach.

Required skills

• SimaPro or similar LCA tool.
• Project management experience.
