Senior Account Manager - Rental Industry

About the role

A fast-growing hospitality brand specialising in aesthetically curated vacation rentals is looking for a Senior Account Manager. This is a full-time, independent contractor role bridging guest experience, operations and growth, with the manager ensuring properties meet quality standards, driving supplemental sales and managing relationships with property owners. The position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee guest communications with a strict ten-minute response time requirement.
• Manage cleaning reports and review property photos so every home meets the company's SOP standards.
• Refine existing workflows and create new SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain ongoing communication with property owners, giving them updates and keeping strong professional relationships.
• Dedicate about one hour per day to supplemental sales activities.
• Run "Think Like An Owner" projects aimed at improving the bottom line and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and report team performance against base KPIs and the "Focus of the Month".

Required profile

• Senior-level experience in Real Estate or Hospitality.
• Proven mastery of objection handling and high-level negotiation.
• Native-level English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience in the short-term or vacation rental industry.
• Availability to work a strict PST 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.
