About the role

Peak Performance is looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join its Malmö City store. The role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting sales targets, and helping maintain an inviting store environment. The position is 5 hours per week, including alternating weekends and occasional weekday shifts as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Create a world‑class shopping experience by offering personalized product advice and recommendations.
• Apply various sales techniques to achieve collective store sales goals.
• Handle cash register operations accurately and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
• Maintain well‑stocked shelves and keep inventory in top condition.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and visually appealing according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members daily to meet shared objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on the customer.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to work flexible evenings, weekends, and varying hours.
• Attention to detail for store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Completed secondary education or equivalent.
