Release Coordinator

About the role

Etraveli Group is expanding its Release Team to support a growing deployment pipeline of up to eight production releases per week across international markets. As a Release Coordinator you will manage production environments and deployment lifecycles for the core International Business Engine, bridging release operations with internal tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, approve and execute production deployments across the IBE release train while monitoring critical release channels.
• Handle urgent hot‑fixes, bug‑fixes and delayed‑picking requests, maintaining readiness for rollbacks and incident mitigation.
• Assist in building and maintaining internal deployment applications, replacing terminal‑based scripts with Jenkins, release collectors and developer tools.
• Facilitate communication between Development, Platform Services, DBA and Deployment teams to ensure seamless releases.
• Maintain release notes, manage Jira deployment flows and contribute to incident post‑mortem reviews.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in the software development lifecycle and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket and Jira.
• Developer‑platform hybrid skillset capable of writing scripts and contributing to internal tooling.
• Proven ability to stay calm and analytical during live production incidents.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills in English to align technical teams and stakeholders.
• Prior experience as a Release Officer or within the IBE release ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and database script execution.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
