E-commerce Operations Specialist – Logistics & Transportation

About the role

Peak Performance is seeking an E‑commerce Operations Specialist focused on logistics and transportation to join its Consumer Service & E‑commerce Operations team in Stockholm. You will own the daily order flow, monitor logistics performance, and resolve transportation issues across its omnichannel business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily order flow, including issue resolution, stuck orders, and performance monitoring.
• Drive logistics and transportation performance by handling carrier escalations, shipment investigations, claims, and delivery exceptions.
• Support omnichannel solutions such as Ship‑from‑Store, Order‑in‑Store, Buy‑Online‑Return‑In‑Store, and Click & Collect.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, root causes, and continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, warehouses, and carriers to resolve complex post‑purchase issues.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, logistics, transportation, or order management.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent shopping and delivery experiences.
• Analytical, data‑driven, and able to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and drives issues to resolution.
• Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across functions and external partners.
