DevOps Engineer – Automation & CI/CD

About the role

SD Worx HR is building a scalable Core HR platform that serves customers across multiple countries. To support this growth we need a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, platform reliability and improving the developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms.
• Drive automation and reduce manual operational work.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting and observability.
• Support production environments and resolve incidents.
• Improve platform reliability, performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA engineers, architects and technical leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE or cloud engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with ownership mentality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
