Senior Visual & Motion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a pragmatic, hands‑on Senior Visual & Motion Designer to join Huawei Sweden R&D’s UX team in Lund. The role blends solid design craftsmanship with modern, AI‑enhanced workflows, delivering pixel‑perfect UI, visual assets and motion for mass‑market products across China and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the UI, visual assets and motion design from concept to final delivery, partnering with cross‑functional teams.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate prototyping while ensuring the final output meets high‑quality standards.
• Design completely new product concepts and features where AI cannot provide solutions, building visual systems from scratch.
• Maintain pixel‑perfect precision and consistency across all design deliverables.

Required profile

• Pragmatic, hands‑on senior‑level designer with a strong portfolio of UI, visual and motion work.
• Ability to balance efficiency‑driven AI usage with manual refinement.
• Experience delivering design solutions for large‑scale consumer products in global markets.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating new visual concepts.
