Internship in Project Management Office & Product Management

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Project Management Office and Product Management team at Bosch Thermotechnology in Tranås. Over a 6‑month period you will support strategic and operational activities that drive the development of innovative heat‑pump solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project and product managers with strategic and day‑to‑day tasks.
• Prepare and take part in project workshops, portfolio reviews and product‑strategy sessions.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer requirement analyses for future heat‑pump concepts.
• Create content and support meetings with senior management, presenting findings and recommendations.
• Lead small improvement initiatives and cross‑functional tasks independently.
• Use project, portfolio and product‑management tools to streamline processes.
• Help improve current project‑management processes and product‑lifecycle workflows.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme (Science track).
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Independent work style with good communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.
• Structured thinking combined with creativity (“outside‑the‑box” mindset).
• Previous exposure to project management or agile development is beneficial.
