Transactions and Investor Services Associate (M&A)

About the role

Roland Berger is hiring for its Nordic Transactions and Investor Services (TIS) practice, based in Stockholm. The practice suits people who enjoy M&A and want to create value for investors, working closely with private equity and strategic investors through target search, M&A, due diligence, value creation and exit.

Required profile

• Master's degree in economics/business and/or engineering, or equivalent.
• More than 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking or other relevant M&A advisory experience.
• Fluent in a Nordic language and English.
• Open-minded, precise and team player.

Required skills

• 2+ years of experience in CDD/CVDD, M&A advisory or value creation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including financial modelling.
• Good written and oral presentation skills.
