Student Claims Handler (Part‑Time)

About the role

This part‑time position offers students the chance to gain hands‑on experience in insurance claims handling while continuing their studies. Based at Zurich’s Nordic headquarters in Stockholm, you will work on travel‑related and personal‑injury accident claims.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, assess and settle travel‑related and personal‑injury accident claims.
• Process claims from registration through investigation to compensation payout.
• Communicate with injured parties, policyholders and third‑party companies via phone and email.
• Manage a portfolio of cases independently while collaborating with the claims team.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including regular evening shifts.

Required profile

• Approximately two years remaining of university studies, preferably in law or business administration.
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English (C2 level).
• Service‑oriented, communicative, flexible and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
