Sales Advisor - Fashion Retail

About the role

TOTEME, a fashion house founded in 2014 in Stockholm, is looking for a Sales Advisor to join its team full time at the store in Nordiska Kompaniet. You will act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service, building lasting customer relationships and driving business across sales and brand building. The role reports to the Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement and an elevated shopping experience.
• Support daily operations and achieve sales targets, working independently and collaboratively.
• Contribute to merchandising and styling to keep the store visually compelling and brand aligned.
• Plan and execute daily store operations.
• Uphold the company's standards, objectives and performance goals.
• Contribute to the social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within high-end retail or with a strong lifestyle brand.
• Confident in delivering outstanding customer service and building client relationships.
• Interest in fashion, styling and storytelling with an understanding of luxury service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
