Projektinköpare – senior strategisk inköpare för energiprojekt

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Purchaser to lead project procurement for a state‑owned energy company. The position is a full‑time consulting assignment with the possibility to work from Stockholm or Luleå and involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Independently conduct project purchases and qualified tenders for construction, dam, and hydro‑electric power projects.
• Drive procurement processes in line with the client’s established procedures, working closely with internal requestors.
• Manage contracts, evaluate supplier performance, and monitor delivery outcomes.
• Provide advice and support on procurement strategy and supplier selection.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic procurement within construction or energy sectors.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing project needs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal and external partners.
