Product Designer (UX) – Human‑Computer Interaction

About the role

ActAI is building proactive AI‑driven applications that help billions of users manage everyday tasks with minimal prompting. As a Product Designer (UX) focusing on Human‑Computer Interaction, you will shape how people interact with AI across multi‑step workflows, ensuring clarity, control, and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for AI product surfaces, from concept through shipped product.
• Create interaction patterns for human‑AI workflows, including prompting, review, confirmation, correction, handoff, and recovery.
• Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Run lightweight user research and usability tests to uncover friction, trust issues, and failure points.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to define problems, test ideas, and ship quickly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product or UX designer with a portfolio of web or mobile products.
• Strong interaction‑design skills, information hierarchy sense, and ability to simplify complex systems.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and shaping solutions before full requirements are defined.
• Good judgment on usability, edge cases, and failure handling in AI‑driven experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and fast iteration workflows.
